Yes! Each bike is restricted to 25km/h maximum as per Australian regulations. However, each state has different requirements for electric/power assisted bikes and their definitions so it is important to check and be up to date with your state’s laws as they are prone to regular updates and changes. Failure to follow these or exceeding the 25km/h maximum speed will result in personal endangerment, a fine, and possible prosecution.

No, the best and safest way to store a battery is to have it at 20 – 40% charge. The first 3 charges will take about 6 – 8 hours to get your battery fully charged. These first charges help to fully optimise the battery cells. You can still ride between these cycles, it just helps to make charging quicker in the future and the battery % reading the most accurate.
