The Stator Swell Step Over is restricted to the max speed of 25kmph utilising pedal assist and cannot be tampered with to reach higher speeds to make it legal for use in public areas. The use of a thumb throttle (supplied separately in box) is limited to 6km/h for use in NSW, or for use on private property.
