We ship electric bikes and accessories across Australia. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.
Dispatch Timeframe
Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive this email — if you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Delivery Requirements

✍️ Signature Required on Delivery All e-bike shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is available to receive the delivery. If no one is home, the courier may leave a card with redelivery instructions. |
Courier & Shipping Method
We use a variety of trusted courier partners for road freight across Australia. The choice of courier is at Stator Bikes' sole discretion and is selected to best suit your delivery location.
Delivery Timeframes
Expected delivery dates are visible on your courier's tracking page once your order has been dispatched. While we aim to get your bike to you as quickly as possible, delivery times depend on your location and the courier's schedule. Typical metro deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Remote Area Orders
For orders shipping to remote or hard-to-reach locations, our team will review your order and contact you with a shipping quote before processing. We'll always confirm costs with you before proceeding.
Freight Insurance
We strongly recommend adding freight insurance at checkout, particularly for remote deliveries or orders including multiple items. Damage during shipping is not covered by our warranty. Freight insurance protects you in the event your bike is damaged in transit.
